How Our Rewards Work
Earn 10 points for every €1 you spend at The Flower Factory. As your points grow, you’ll unlock higher reward tiers and enjoy exclusive gifts along the way.
Every member receives 50 welcome points when they sign up, along with exclusive birthday and anniversary rewards throughout the year. You can also redeem your points for discounts, with every 100 points giving you €1 off your order.
There are multiple ways to redeem your points. Use 100 points for €1 off, 750 points for 20% off your entire order, or 1,000 points to unlock free shipping on your order.
As you move up through our VIP tiers, you’ll unlock even more exclusive rewards. Customers in the Bouquet Tier receive free chocolates, the Arrangement Tier unlocks a free vase, the Display Tier includes a free candle, and members in the Presentation Tier receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco.
Earning points with The Flower Factory is straightforward. You earn 10 points for every €1 spent on any order placed through theflowerfactory.ie. The more you order, the faster your points build — and with every order already going toward flowers, hampers or gift sets you were planning to buy anyway, the rewards simply arrive as a bonus on top. Points are added to your account automatically after each purchase, so there is nothing extra to do beyond placing your order as normal. Create an account to start earning from your very first order.
Your points can be redeemed at checkout for three types of reward, depending on how many you have saved up. 100 points gets you €1 off your order, making it easy to chip away at the cost of regular purchases. 750 points unlocks 20% off your entire order, which is the most popular redemption for larger orders like bundles, hampers and gift sets. 1,000 points gives you free shipping on your order, removing the delivery cost entirely. Beyond points redemption, the VIP tier system unlocks exclusive gifts as you earn more, starting with free chocolates at the Bouquet tier, a free vase at the Arrangement tier, a free candle at the Display tier and free Prosecco at the Presentation tier. The more you order, the better the rewards get.
Points may expire after a period of inactivity on your account, so staying engaged with The Flower Factory is the best way to keep your rewards active. The simplest way to avoid expiry is to place orders regularly, whether that is a birthday bouquet, a seasonal arrangement or a subscription delivery every two weeks.
