We get asked a lot whether The Flower Factory is an actual shop or just an online delivery service. The honest answer is both. We have a real flower shop in Swords that anyone can walk into, no order needed in advance, and we also deliver same-day across Dublin and next-day nationwide. Here is everything you need to know if you are nearby.
Unit B3, Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 CC85. There is parking on site, so you can pull in, grab your flowers and be on your way without circling for a space.
Airside is a working business park rather than a high street, so it has a slightly different feel to a typical florist tucked between a cafe and a newsagent. The shop front is genuinely open to walk-in customers though, exactly the way a high street florist would be.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 9.30pm. Saturday, 10am to 2pm. Sunday, 10am to 7.30pm. We are open seven days a week, with longer hours during the week for anyone calling in after work or on the way home from somewhere else.
You can just walk in. That is the whole point of having a shop. No order ahead, no appointment, nothing to arrange. Call in during our opening hours, see what is fresh that day, and pick what you want there and then.
This works well if you need a last-minute gift, you are on your way to visit someone, or you would simply rather choose your bouquet in person than pick from photos on a screen. What we have on display depends on what came in that morning, so if you have something specific in mind for a particular occasion, a quick call before you head over is worth it.

Yes. Swords sits inside our same-day Dublin delivery zone, so an order placed before 2pm will be delivered that same day, covering Swords and the wider Dublin area.
Outside Dublin, next-day delivery is available nationwide through DPD, with orders placed before 9pm the night before.
Everything you would find online is also available in the shop. Fresh bouquets, sympathy and funeral flowers, gift bundles with chocolates or prosecco, and whatever is in season at the time. Walking in also means you see exactly what you are getting before you commit, which a lot of people prefer for things like sympathy flowers where getting the look right matters.
If you are after something specific that is not on the shelf, our team can talk you through what we can put together, particularly for bigger occasions like weddings, corporate orders or funeral tributes.
