Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our deliveries throughout Dublin county are fulfilled by local delivery drivers, while our deliveries outside of Dublin are fulfilled by our courier company DPD. Deliveries are carried out between 9am and 5pm.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Next day delivery is available if the order is placed before 9pm, except on Sundays, when Monday delivery will be available if the order is placed before 7.30pm. Every effort will be made to deliver your order on your nominated day. If it is not possible to do so, delivery will be attempted on the next available delivery date.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
It can be possible to edit the name and shipping address of the recipient, the note attached to the order and the delivery date, up until the order begins to be fulfilled. These can be edited by contacting us via the chat function on our website and via email at customerservice@theflowerfactory.ie.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
It is not yet possible to track our Dublin deliveries. If your order has not arrived by 5pm, or you are concerned that the delivery may have been attempted and you were not available, please contact us and we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements for you. Orders outside of Dublin can be tracked via DPD.
