Delivery policy

Orders are available for delivery Monday to Saturday nationwide, unless stated otherwise, and seven days a week across Dublin.

All deliveries take place during the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and between 2pm and 6pm on Sundays.

We offer delivery across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our Dublin deliveries are fulfilled by local delivery drivers, while our national deliveries are fulfilled by third party courier company DPD Ireland.

While every effort will be made to deliver your order on your nominated day, during periods with high volumes of orders, orders fulfilled by our courier partners may arrive a day in advance of your nominated date, or in some exceptional circumstances, a day after. 

A valid eircode is required when entering a delivery address. Without this, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Next day delivery is available when ordered before 9:30pm on the preceding day, Monday to Saturday. Next day orders for Monday must be placed before 7.30pm on Sunday evening. During periods of high demand (such as Valentine's Week, Mother's Day week etc.) this cut off time may change.

If an order is placed for same day delivery before 2:30pm on the day of delivery, it will be delivered before 5.30pm.

Orders made without selecting a delivery date, will be sent on the next available delivery day or we may contact you to confirm delivery date.

While we will do our best to change your delivery date or delivery address when requested, we cannot guarantee that this can be done after your order is placed. 

In exceptional circumstances where it is not possible to deliver within the selected hours on your nominated delivery date, the time slot may be changed to ensure that an order is delivered on the nominated delivery date.

What happens if my order could not be delivered?

Unfortunately in rare instances your delivery my fail. If your delivery fails due to one of the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect address
  • Nobody home and no safe place to leave order
  • No access to apartments & no answer on phone number provided

we will hold your returned bouquet at our head office and email you for additional  information.
This email must be answered within 24 hours so we can send out the bouquet the following day. In some instances there may be a redelivery fee.

If the email is not answered within 24 hours, it will no longer be possible to send out the original bouquet. At this stage a new bouquet will be arranged and sent out for delivery, and a full charge for flowers and delivery will be required.

If your delivery fails due to reasons extending beyond this (such as unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns), we will contact you and endeavour to have your bouquet delivered as soon as possible.
